I’m an open-minded editor with real industry experience and a genuine love for helping writers level up their stories without ever steamrolling their voice. With a background in SFF, romance, and select literary fiction, I’ve read and edited hundreds of short stories as a First Reader for Flame Tree Publishing and full-length manuscripts as a freelance editor, giving me a sharp eye for what truly makes a story stand out.

My years in publishing and marketing mean I also understand the business side of books: crafting compelling copy, shaping pitches, and knowing what catches an agent’s attention.   • I assess and send a quote back.

  • We will then set up a ten-minute consultancy call (free) to discuss the turnaround and ask specific queries

  • Send me the manuscript or materials, and I will complete edit​

  • You will receive edited files and (if developmental edits) a follow-up call).
